Technical Support | After Sales Service (100%)
Your responsibilities:
- Focus on increasing and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Technical support for our customers via phone, video call or on-site
- Responsible for evaluating and handling complaints and warranty cases
- Performing maintenance, repairs, installations and removals at customer sites
- Procuring spare parts and organizing the necessary components
- Documenting cases and creating analyses and reports
- Handling returns: receipt, inspection and decision on next steps
- Reviewing incorrect deliveries and orders
- Independently planning and coordinating service assignments
- Technical analysis and research for product improvement or new development
- Training customers and partners on the proper use of our products
- Assisting in the assembly and configuration of luminaires
Your profile:
- Completed technical training (e.g. as an electrician)
- Experience in returns, warranty or complaint management is a plus
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach
- Careful, precise, reliable and responsible
- Communicative, customer-oriented and confident in negotiations
- High endurance, concentration and ability to accept criticism
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Friendly, team-oriented, resilient and flexible
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written), French is a plus
- Driver’s license category B
- Confident use of PC, ideally with ERP system experience
