A city district with character
The 4VIERTEL project at Seetalplatz in Emmen marks an important step in the urban development of northern Lucerne. Where industrial history was once made, today a vibrant district for living, working, and meeting is taking shape. Between the brick facades of Viscosistadt and the gentle curve of the Reuss, urban lightness and architectural clarity come together.
30,000m² for living, working, and culture
On a total usable area of approximately 30,000 square meters, 4VIERTEL offers a diverse mix of shops, offices, dining options, and leisure activities. Notably, the existing Maxx cinema, which is integrated into the complex, stands out. Additionally, around 192 modern rental apartments were ready for occupancy in autumn 2023.
And right in the middle: lighting solutions from perdix, which purposefully highlight the urban quality of the project and stage light as an integral part of the architecture.
4VIERTEL: Precise lighting for stylish living
Around 180 modern rental apartments feature targeted lighting accents using the SUNNY® 90 Surface (IP20): A directional LED spotlight with a clear design language, high light quality (CRI90), and robust functionality. It creates a homely atmosphere – precise, glare-free, and flexibly adjustable. This results in spaces with character.
4VIERTEL: Stylish outdoor lighting
Outside, it gets stylishly dark: The SUNNY® 2.0 Surface AL100 (IP65) in elegant black withstands wind and weather, highlighting façades and entrances with its crystal lens, creating targeted light accents. Thanks to its IP65 protection and crystal lens, it is weatherproof, durable, and a visual statement at dusk.
